Vivian Cooke
Mrs. Vivian S. Cooke, 82, of Culpeper died Sept. 20 at Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Cooke was born March 3, 1913. in Rappahannock, a daughter of the late Benton Thomas and Mamie Beryl Rollins Stover.
She was a member of Forest Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Cooke and Kugene Cooke, both of Culpeper; three daughters. Fli/abeth Newcomer of Manassas. Joyce Settle of Castleton and Dorothy Dav is of Hurt; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Also surv iving are one half-sister. Hdith Stover Gaither and a half-brother, Cletus Stover.
Mrs. Cooke was predeceased by her husband. Raymond Eugene Cooke; two brothers, Charles Stover and Everett. Stover and two sisters, Frances Thorne and Virginia New combe.
Graveside services were held on Saturday. Sept. 23 at Forest Grove Baptist Church in Viewtown with Rev John Miller officiating.
Geest Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
