complaints with the Sheriffs Office about the blowing of horns and spinning of gravel in his driveway. He said that when his client went to Mr. Jordan's house he took a weapon but that it was not loaded. "He wanted to send a message to this man that enough was enough,” said Mr. Baumgardner.

During the struggle between Mr. Jones and Mr. Jordan, said Mr. Baumgardner, Mr. Jordan grabbed the weapon and the gun hit him on the side of the head.
