Susan Eaton Warren, 48, of Sperryville, was arrested on Sept. 19 for assaulting Mary Atkins of Sperryville. She allegedly struck Mrs. Atkins in the face at the Atkins’ roadside stand on U.S. 211. Ms. Warren was charged with trespassing on the same property on Sept. 21.
Don W. McCarty, 37, of Gid Brown Hollow in Washington, was charged and arrested for threatening to commit violence against Valerie Vrettos of Washington.
