Seminar Scheduled The Lord Fairfax Small Business Development Center will offer a twopart seminar entitled “Writing a Business Plan” from 7-9:30 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, Oct. 4 and 5. The seminar, at Lord Fairfax Community College, Middletown will he Conducted by David Schroeder, a retired business owner and adjunct professor at the College. ; The seminar is designed to assist both new and existing business owners or manager who want to leam how to write or revise a business plan.
