abandoned the plans earlier presented to the Rappahannock authorities for approval with regard to a site in Rappahannock County.
Under the circumstances, it was fortunate that the staff analysis and review of the case implicitly did take these antecedents into account: their recommendation was to approve the request for the use permit subject to a number of conditions as to (A) maximum number of occupants (twenty), (B) no further subdivision of the 250 acres owned by the trustees for the church, (C) setback of at least 500 feet from the edge of the river or 300 feet from the 100 year flood plain whichever is more.
The matter now goes forward to the Culpeper Board of Supervisors who have scheduled it for a meeting, again with public hearing, on Dec. 7, at 7 p.m. in Culpeper at the Old Post Office Building, 302 North Main Street.
