Egypt” exhibit was a huge success. This was an exceptional learning experience for all of the children. While in Richmond the students also got to visit the Science Museum of Virginia where they had the opportunity to experience “hands-on” discovery learning. The second grade students attended a showing of the “Mysteries of Egypt” IMAX film as well. Many thanks to all those who worked to make this trip a reality,

* RCES First Grade teacher, Mrs. Pearl Barron, reports that the first grade students will hold their annual Sharing Feast on Wednesday, Nov. 24 at 10 a.m. in the RCES cafeteria. Students will be wearing Friendship Indian Headbands which will be decorated with paper feathers that the students have decorated and signed and traded with their classmates.
