Floy Duvall, 88, of Front Royal, formerly of Flint Hill, died Friday, Nov. 19 at Royal Haven Rest Home.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, Nov. 22 at Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal with the Rev. Merlin Shorb officiating. Interment followed in Flint Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Duvall was born in Coles County, 111. on Jan. 19, 1911, daughter of Howard and Lola Green Best.
She was retired form the Pentagon.
She was married to the late Earl W. Duvall.
She is survived by two sisters, Gertrude Coleman of Janesville, 111 and Phyllis Russell of Toledo, 111.
Pallbearers were Emory Russell, Mark Currence, Edward C. Jenkins, Nelson Atkins Jr., Walter J. Curtis and Charles Currence.
