Some of the things that the student needs to enter school are a birth certificate, immunization record, social security number, and a Virginia state physical form filled out and signed by a doctor. Please have school records sent to our school from the school previously attended.
We would also like to welcome all of our new Kindergarten students. Parents please make sure that all the necessary forms are in the main office by the first day of school. All immunization records with the required shots updated need to be turned in before the student can come to class. Each student needs a birth certificate, a social security number and a current, (during the last year) Virginia physical form completed and signed by a doctor. Starting Kindergarten is a very exciting time for a child and the family. It can also be a little frightening for the child.
