Polarity Therapy offers many ways to restore the flow of energy in the body. It works on the three parts of the nervous system, central, sympathetic and parasympathetic, on the digestive system, on the connective tissue and the muscles through the three levels of touch and the fluids, the fluid tide being the most healing factor of all.
Cranial contacts are also used in a more etheric context. The effect of gravity on our muscular skeletal system is addressed by a series of structural balancing techniques.
Polarity Therapy offers a deep and powerful way to educate and learn about oneself and to grow in which the innate intelligence of our system is acknowledged. The clinic is a wonderful way to experience this work if you’ve never had it. You would not believe the shift that occurs when one’s system realizes that it is seen, honored and recognized. The essence of the person starts to shine and it is truly one of the most moving and beautiful experience I have been fortunate to have many times in my training with Charmaine Lee. It is an experience that I wish for everyone.
