Its main quality is to be based on principles that allow for growth and evolution instead of being a rigid model.
In a Polarity session, the practitioner is above all respectful of where the person is at and knows that it is a vehicle for the energies to flow through. Polarity Therapy is a very eloquent system and a very precise system. For someone like me who could never choose between science and art, I have finally found a model that requires both approaches.
Polarity recognizes that energy is behind matter, that in order to flow, energy needs two poles, hence the name “polarity therapy”. The first principle is that energy comes out of a source and expresses itself in two currents, which afterwards seek completion, wanting to return back to source. This principle can be applied in all areas from cosmology and the creation of the Universe to the flow of energy in our body and our way of life.
In our modern society, we often stay stuck out there in our outer expression and don’t know how to come back in to resource ourselves. I know what I am talking about having dealt with chronic fatigue for seven years.
