who is from Hurst, Tfexas and is an instructor at L.D. Bell High School. We had such a blast at the JMU band camp that we are going to get a lot more people to come next year!
Band has a few
special needs
The band needs a couple of 15” or larger speakers for the band room. This would allow students to hear all the parts of their recorded practices, etc. without distortion. These could possibly be on a loan basis for about six months or an outright donation to the band.
The band is also looking for a bagpipe player for a one time performance to play “Amazing Grace” at our Sept. 11 half-time performance at the football game. Anyone interested please contact Mrs. Fournier at 9878259 or 987-8575.
Next meeting
The next Band Boosters meeting will on Thursday, Sept. 5 at 7 p.m. in the RCHS Band Room. Anyone interested is invited to attend.
