Yates, III, owner of .9192 acre in Wakefield District, known as the old Foster’s Packing Shed (Tax Map 13, Parcel 89, zoned ‘A’ - Agricultural) desires a Special Exception permit for an adaptive use of an existing structure - to use the old packing shed as a woodworking shop by his tenant, Ed Steshoski.
