The school clinic is available to any student that requires medication on a daily basis, is injured, becomes ill during the school day or requires any medical treatment during school. Parents are encouraged to bring in daily medications or supplies on book day. Permission forms must be signed by a parent before any medication can be given at school. Permission forms must also be signed before a student can be given any medical treatments.

Permission forms to give your child “over the counter medications”, can be found in your packages.
