Mr. Turner was survived by a devoted grandson, Jerry T\imer who cared and stayed with him until his death.
Additional survivors include, 25 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by seven sons, Alfred, Smith, James, Robert, John, Haywood and Randolph Turner, three sisters, Rosie Tyler, Jenny Turner and Minnie Coates; four brothers; Eddy, Clarence, Georgia and William Turner.
