Fredericksburg— Tb help with the cost of paying for higher education, the Virginia, Maryland & Delaware Association of Electric Cooperatives (VMDAEC) Education Foundation will offer scholarships in the amount of $500 and $1,000 to deserving high school seniors. Students whose parents are memberowners of Rappahannock Electric Cooperative are eligible to apply.
Applicants must provide evidence of acceptance to a post-high school educational institution or program. The scholarship funds awarded are sent directly to the educational institution the student will attend, placed in the student’s account and can be used to pay for tuition, fees and books.
