The Rappahannock County Planning Commission will consider two applications for special-exception permits at its monthly meeting Wednesday. One is for a temporary use and the other is permanent, but both proposals are sure to be of interest to several county residents.
The first application is by Warrenton-based Finley Productions, which wants to host a large outdoor music festival on the property of the Blue Rock Inn, located across U.S. 211 from Rappahannock County High School.
