Mills has been at the head of the School Board for six years and admittedly he’s ready for someone else 10 take his place.Being
in the top spot isn’t always the easiest spot to be in but Mills has filled the position admirably and with heart.
Mills has suggested that school board members be given a higher stipend than they currently receive and it will be interesting to see if his suggestion makes its way into school budget talks or rises to the level of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors.
