County Grand Jury on Monday. Grahm Rexford Masters was indicted on two counts of breaking and entering and grand larceny, for the high school burglary, and for breaking into the home of Robert Rool. Masters also stole a firearm from Rool and was also charged with the transport of a firearm. Masters was also sentenced to two and a half years in prison for breaking his probation for a second time. Masters broke parole by traveling to Tennessee where he was arrested by Nashville police. Masters had been contacted by the Rappahannock County Sheriff’s Office about the school incident prior to his departure. Masters’ initial offense was for robbing vehicles in Fauquier County.
Man sentenced for third D.U J in ten years
Michael Vincent Deluise was sentenced to five months in prison for his 3rd DUI in 10 years. Deluise pleaded guilty to the charges, which included driving with a suspended license and reckless, driving. The court noted that Deluise has a history of mental problems, and was sentenced to two years of probation, under mental health supervision, and was ordered to stay free of alcohol. His license was suspended indefinitely.
