day. Mr. Deal who has been a faithful member and deacon and now a honorary deacon of the Black Oak Regular Baptist Church is a resident of the Culpeper Health Center.

Marvin Wilson of Goldvein and Charles Butler of Woodville were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hawkins and also visited Mrs. Ertha Hawkins whose other guests have been Mr. and Mrs. Frank Duncan and Mrs. George Butler.

Mrs. Lucille Peregory of Front Royal spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Joe Peregory and family on Rt. 615. Other Sunday luncheon guests were Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Peregory of Rixeyville and Johnny Bragg.

Mrs. Sharon Sims and daughter Amanda were Wednesday luncheon guests of Mrs. Hazel Hawkins.

Davis Jenkins of Woodville celebrated his 16th birthday Sunday, May 17 at the home of his mother Mrs. Gladys Morgan in Culpeper.

Those present were Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Jenkins of Woodville, Sharon Wharton, Timmy and Phillip of Unionville, Joyce Wharton, Stacy and Dwayne of Burr Hill, Lisa Taylor of Sperryville, Michael Creel, Keith Taylor, Amy Morgan, Danny Morgan and Curtis Morgan, all of Culpeper. Davis received many gifts.
