tryouts set
The Culpeper American Legion Post 330 will hold tryouts for its 1987 baseball team on Thursday, May 21 at 6 p.m. and Sunday, May 24 at 2 p.m. The tryouts will be held at the post’s field behind the Legion hall, located on Rt. 229 about one mile north of Culpeper.
According to Sandy Story, the only requirement is that players cannot turn 19 before August 1. There is no minimum age.
