Fitzwater, retiring College Board member of Shenandoah County; Mr. Richard B. Kleese, Chairman of the College’s Curriculum Advisory Committee; and, posthumously, Dr. Charles E. Haley, retired Associate Professor of Management and Supervision (1978-1987).
Mr. Robert S. Estabrook, Vice Chairman of the College Board, will present the College Board Award to the Outstanding Graduate.
Following the conferring of degrees by Lord Fairfax President William H. McCoy, the 1987 Class President, Taralyn F. Manuel, will speak on behalf of the graduating class and Melissa L. Mowery, VicePresident of the Sophomore class, will present the class banner to the College.
