Historic Sky Meadows State Park is located in Fauquier County’s rolling hors* and cattle country, where the farms of the Piedmont meet the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Mt. Bleak Farmhouse, which serves as the park’s visitor center, was the home of one of Col. John Mosby*s raiders.
