Busy, busy, busy! r‘ ‘ It seems that more and more pfeot|!e I talk with complain about be•ifig too busy. It seems that we have teen trained that if we are not busy thkt somehow we are not worthwhile as individuals ^ Speaking personally, I find that the older I get the less free time I have and the more my schedule gets filled up with work, civic and volunteer responsibilities.
• In fact, for many people it is easier 'to get too involved than to set limits on their time and their schedules. This seems to be true no matter what the individual’s occupation -• from doctor to housewife.
