The RCES PTA is currently sponsoring a fund raising effort in order to purchase a bus communication system for the county public schools. Bus drivers have never had a way to call for help in case of accident or breakdown.
Sending or leaving children alone to go get help or waiting until a motorist happens by are not acceptable
