The Culpeper Minute Men Chapter, NSDAR, met Oct. 13 in Washington, Va., at the Washington Historical Society with Mrs. Douglas Fairfax, Regent, presiding.

Mrs. James F. Harkness, chairman of the National Defense Committee, stressed the need to vote in the upcoming elections.
