To the editor:
This being my second year as. a school bus driver, my seventh or eighth year of substitute teaching, not to mention being the mother of four (wonderful) children, I am in daily observation of what our children in this county are doing.
So often as adults and parents we see and voice our opinions when the children do some mischievous things. I say mischievous because I refuse to believe there are any bad children in Rappahannock County, especially when I hear and read of other counties.
