Workshop offered
The Science Museum of Virginia is offering “Introduction to Microcomputing,” a two-session workshop for adults, Oct. 29 and Nov. 5 from 6 to 9 p.m. each day. Cost is $60. Advance registration is required by Oct. 22. For information and to register, call 267-1012.
Shakespeare lecture at theatre
On Monday, Oct. 26, the Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community, in cooperation with the Rappahannock County Library, will present a lecture by Michael Justin Davis, British lecturer, teacher and TV writer, at the Gay Street Theatre. Mr. Davis will discuss “The Landscape of William Shakespeare.”
A reception for the speaker and hjs audience will follow at the library, where he will be available to respond to questions about his many books and articles concerning the literary life in Britain todav and in years past. J
