! - For the second year Warren Memorial Hospital is providing plastic Trick or Treat bags to children in 'Front Royal, Warren and Rappahannock Counties. * The Trick or Treat bags are yeldow plastic with Safety Rules ‘printed on them. The bags are distributed to public schools, church Schools, day care centers, nursery 'schools, private schools and the children of Warren Memorial Hospital Employees. 1 The bags can do double duty and Re used as litter bags after Hallowfee*.:
