“It will be within the village of Sperryville. It is served by public sewer. There is a five-acre lot as a buffer. It seems like a logical thing to do,” Charles K. “Pete” Estes, who represents Piedmont District, said.
The supervisors also approved a seven-lot subdivision for Charles Pestana off of Route 662 near Huntly. All of the lots would be at least 25 acres in size.
The supervisors felt they had to approve the special exception for the subdivision because it met all the requirements, but they did so reluctantly because Route 662 in that area is so narrow.
