“We’re getting a complete wash out of the plant,” he said. When that happens the plant loses all its chemicals and bacterial action and has to start over, he said.

Mrs. Kiger was not entirely satisfied. She wanted assurances that if she did the work and still had problems she would get more help from the WSA and Health Department. They assured her that if she did the work she would not have problems with sewage, but she still might have problems with groundwater.
