Amid the sounds of the entire world via radio, Juliana was in awe.
“It was like a united world in this building,” the young German said, sitting in her Washington home, saying there, people from nations around the world were working together. After a tour of the building and a short film on Voice of America, Juliana sat down for her interview. One important aspect of the interview was her scholarship to the United States, sponsored by the former East German government.
