If the training is not completed prior to the license renewal date, agents will have to complete education and testing requirements the same as a new applicant.
The National Institute of Real Estate (NIRE) has announced they will offer the required course at its new Dumfries Education Center at 17207 Jefferson Davis Highway (Rt. 1 and Va. Route 234) on Monday and Wednesday evenings, Nov. 5 and 7, from 7 to 10 p.m., and again on Tuesday, Dec. 18, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuition is $60 for all six hours and group discounts are available.
