Correction
In last week’s recipe for Impossible Lasagna Pie, several steps were omitted. After the last paragraph which appeared, the following should have been included:
Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper 15 seconds in blender on high or one minute with hand beater or until well blended. Pour into plate.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Return to oven one to two minutes. Cool five minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves six to eight.
