Marty Carroll came to Rappahannock High for two assemblies Monday morning to talk about “the dangers of drugs and alcohol, a subject near and dear to everyone’s heart,” he said.
Mr. Carroll, a counselor with Family Focus in Warrenton, works with addicts and their families and speaks to school groups. His appearance in Rappahannock was funded under a state Drug-Free Schools grant.
