It depends on how you like
your entertainment but it appears from the record that Guy Mitchell was the odds on favorite entertainer in Rappahannock County last week. He appeared as Audie Murphy’s side kick, George, on the Whispering Smith TV program and he had a part on Ann Southern’s new pilot program. Mr. Mitchell and his wife spent several days as the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Harris at Hidden Valley Farm, Huntly. Wednesday night many of the Harrises local friends gathered to meet Mitchell and were greatly entertained by his singing many of his top record hits including “Heartaches by the Dozen.” He was accompanied by Scotty Turnbull, who also composes. His current popular composition is “Mission Bells.”
