Mouse, a lVi-year-oId beagle dachshund female, was given up by her owners because they have too many dogs. They found her as a stray and kept her for a while. She loves to be outside and gets along well with other dogs. She and many other adoptable dogs are available at the Rappahannock Animal Shelter in Amissville. The shelter is open from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday. The lost animal registry can be found in the Classified Section of the Rappahannock News. To reach the lost and found registry, or the shelter, call 937-3283 or 937-3336.
