‘There shouldn’t be changes made to the ordinance by this committee,” she said. “Changes can be made once council officially has it.”
Planning Commission chairman Louise Van Dort agreed saying, “I’m interested in getting this off our table.”
“In my mind the Planning Commission finished with the subdivision ordinance, but it seems we’re going to get it back,” Mrs. Parrish added.
Ms. Van Dort said that Mayor Dean Morehouse keeps pushing for a provision for “cluster development” in the subdivision ordinance. “As a commission we did not want that,” she said.
