Mrs. Young said she had found out that 43.67 acres in town are in land use. She also reported that 17 landowners with properties in town live outside the town, and 73 landowners with property in town live in town. She said that last year real estate taxes paid to the county on property in town amounted to $116,094.
Mrs. Parrish said she was in the process of doing a study of parking space available in town which she would finish by the end of the year.
