Apple Harvest festival
The annual Apple Harvest festival sponsored by the Sperryville Business Council will be held on Oct. 5 and 6 throughout the town. Events will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
Flea market to benefit church

The 1976 graduating class of Rappahannock High will have its 15th year reunion on Saturday, Sept. 28 at the Rappahannock Park near Washington. Dance at fire hall
A dance to benefit the Washington Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad will be held from 8 p.m. to midnight on Saturday, Sept. 28 at the fire hall. The band, Tarragon will be featured. You must be 21. Advance tickets are $7 per person or $13 couple or at the door for $8 and $15, respectively.

The 2nd annual Firemen’s Festival and Craft Show sponsored by the Amissville Fire Department will be held from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28 and from noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 29.
