George Allen, the Republican candidate for Congress in Virginia’s 7th District, has named Christopher LaCivita, a decorated veteran in the Persian Gulf War, as a field representative for his campaign.
Mr. LaCivita graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1989, and attended graduate school in the public administration program. A noncommissioned officer for a Marine artillery unit based in Richmond, he was called to active duty in the Gulf War.
