We are correctly encouraged to "start the day off right" with adequate nourishment for our bodies. Now we have satisfied our physical needs. Yet, before we face the teacher, our "boss", or prepare for our role
as housekeeper or caregiver, there is an even more important
need to consider. Have we nourished our spirit ? In
Matt. 4: 4 we are told... "It Is written men shell not live by breed elone, but by every word thet proceedeth out of the mouth of God." Why not consider starting your day half an hour earlier with prayer and meditation; and begin each week in
the house of our Lord. You will discover that the pairing of a healthy body end a healthy spirit is an unbeatable combination!
