The Rappahannock County Public Library announced this week a new subscription to the Congressional Record, courtesy of former U.S. Sen. Eugene McCarthy of Woodville.
The Rappahannock County Public Library is keeping the Congressional Record in its Reference Room.
In addition to the Congressional Record, the library has on file the names, phone numbers and addresses of all state delegates, state senators, and congressmen.
