• Kevin Randy Collins, 23, of Flint Hill, was charged with possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on U.S. 211 in Fauquier County at 9:20 a.m. Oct. 25, according to Sgt. D.S. Adams of the State Police.
Collins was operating a 1970 International Scout when he was stopped by Trooper S.A. Hawkins because he did not have an inspection sticker, according to Sgt. Adams.
He was charged after the trooper discovered some marijuana in his car, said Sgt. Adams.
