FACT: Who can believe this was an oversight? How could she forget the bank stock worth over *50,000 when only two pages earlier she reported that she was a paid director? A reasonable person must conclude the intent was to conceal the fact she was made director because she had subscribed for 5,000 shares at *10 per share, and not because of any financial background or knowledge.
FACT: Senator Miller killed in the Senate H B 1378 which mandated that a prison be located in Culpeper. He also worked effectively with others in amending SB 680 to remove the Culpeper mandate and designate placement in the "northern region".
j. ■ FACT: During the 1989 and 1990 sessions Senator Miller was co-patron of three bills to REPEAL the sales tax on non-prescription drugs IMMEDIATELY. He voted AGAINST Governor Wilder's amendment which required a wait of TWO YEARS before removal of the tax.
FACT: Senator Miller voted for a bill requiring that manufactured houses (double-wides) nineteen or more feet in width, on a permanent foundation, on an individual lot, shall be allowed in agricultural zones.
