Dear Citizens, On November 5th, we can make a positive change for Rappahannock County. I believe the Sheriffs Office has become complacent in its response to the needs of our citizens. I intend to be a sheriff who will respond to the needs and concerns of all residents. Under my leadership the resources allocated to our Sheriff s Office will be directed towards better community service and implementing new programs to better inform and assist the citizens of Rappahannock County.
