Ann Phelps Lane (Mrs. William N. Lane, II) deceased Oct. 23 at approximately 7:00 o’clock in Charlottesville. She was bom Aug. 14, 1925 in Milwaukee, Wise., the - ’ daughter of Barbara Wells and Nelson Dwight Phelps. She was the wife of industrialist William N. Lane, II.
Her survivors are her mother, Barbara Wells Phelps of Carmel, Calif.; and her children, William N. Lane, III of Lake Forest, 111., Carolina Yound Manchester of Gardner, N.Y., Jeffrey Phelps Lane of Bell Ranch, N.M., Barbara Elizabeth Lane of Navato, Calif., Nelson - .
