I say I was not surprised because this is the kind of coverage we have come to expect from you. You were in attendance at this event, although your early departure prior to the fundraising auction was noticed, so why could you not write an article about it? Were not all the individuals who worked so hard worthy of recognition?
This is not the only reason for this letter. The lack of coverage of this event is but another example of the lack of concern you have for many of the events and activities that take place in our county.
A meeting was held several months ago concerning the future of the arts in the county. You were in attendance and many concerns and ideas were put forth. Upon leaving you stated that you didn’t feel that the meeting was “Newsworthy.” So what is “Newsworthy” in your mind?
