Pursuant to a Decree ol the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, made and entered on the 9th day of June, 1994, in the partition suit styled Charles E. Prudum, et als, In Chancerty No.: 3504, the undersigned Special Com-' missioners hereby invite you to submit a bid for the house and approximately 23.5028 acres that is the subject of this suit. The land in question is more particularly described in the Bill of Complaint heretofore filed in this cause and by deed dated December 21, 1874, and recorded in Deed Book 0, at page 40, amongst the Rappahannock County land records wherein Silas Vaughan conveyed to Lewis Roebuck and Abraham Wigging ton. a certain tract or parcel of land containing twenty-four (24) acres.
