4-H Special Interest Camps - The Northern Virginia 4-H Education Center, located near Front Royal, conducts a special interest camp each week during the summer in additional to the regular county camps held each week. “The specialinterest camps are conducted by the 4-H Center for children in all counties in Northern District,” stated Helen W. Smith, Extension Agent.
