NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE OF
ADOPTION OF COUNTY CODE
Notice is hereby given that the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors shall hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 6, 1994, at 7:00 PM at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider an Ordinance providing for codification in the form of the "Code of Rappahannock County, Virginia," of certain ordinances heretofore adopted by the County of Rappahannock and the repeal of any existing ordinances not contained in said Code as of its effective date. The text of the ordinance, to be set out in said Code, is available for inspection from 8:30 - 4:30 Monday through Friday at the County Administration Office and the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Washington, VA. All interested persons are invited to attend and make comment.
